DATE (Drugs, Alcohol and Transportation Education) is also now known as ATOD for Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs. This is a four-hour class for first-time drivers. They can also take this class in Florida on line.
DUI Level One is for first time DUI offenders. My goal to to help them to never, ever get another DUI.
I have been teaching these classes part-time for a number of years.

Thanks for your careful reflection here. Best to you as you continue to not drive impaired by alcohol or other drugs; also DO not text and eat while driving. Pull over to the side of the road if you need to do that.
